Ashley Abbott, LPCC

Ashley Abbott, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Ashley holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Ohio State University, during which time she completed an internship at Capital University working with college student mental health. After graduation Ashley worked as a mental health counselor at Columbus State Community College. Ashley utilizes person centered, strength based treatment, and CBT approaches. She believes that counseling is an opportunity for clients to explore their own goals and strengths, while receiving guidance and non-judgemental support. Ashley has worked with a varity of client concerns, with a particular focus in anxiety, mood disoders, identity exploration, relationship/ family of origin issues, and sex concerns.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys visiting national parks, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her cats.
