Chey Harrington, LPCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor
in the state of Ohio dedicated to supporting individuals on their
journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth. She earned her
master’s degree in Counselor Education from The Ohio State University
and completed her clinical internship at OSU Harding Hospital where
she worked with adults in partial hospitalization and intensive
outpatient programs. During her time there, she provided individual
and group cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, relapse
prevention, discharge planning, and family-focused education.

For the past seven years, Chey has been a dedicated clinician at
Keller Counseling & Associates where she has worked with individual
adults navigating a wide range of treatment needs. Her clinical
expertise includes anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders,
trauma, peripartum adjustment, major life transitions, relationship
and family issues, and occupational and educational stressors. Her
therapeutic style is grounded in a client-centered approach,
emphasizing authentic connection and creating a safe, supportive space
for self-exploration. She integrates techniques from cognitive
behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT),
interpersonal therapy (IPT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT),
acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and insight-oriented therapy,
while incorporating mindfulness and resilience-building strategies to
achieve lasting emotional health and balance.

Outside of her clinical work, Chey enjoys reading, traveling, and
spending time with loved ones. She is currently available to see
clients on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during daytime hours.
