Lindsay Menigat, LPCC-S
Lindsay Menigat, LPCC-S, is a licensed professional clinical counselor trained to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders. Lindsay has experience providing mental health services to individuals, groups and families in schools and homes, as well as, in a private practice setting.
Lindsay has degrees from The Ohio State University (BA) and the University of Dayton (MA). Lindsay specializes in trauma recovery, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and perinatal care. She practices evidenced based techniques from a variety of orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness practices. Lindsay enjoys helping those she works with to regain emotional stability, peace, and balance in life. Lindsay works with individuals 18 and older with availability during the daytime.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys being outside in nature, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends and dog, Ginger.
