Jessica Oberlander, LISW
Licensed Independent Social Worker
Jessica Oberlander is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a deep commitment to supporting adults navigating addiction, eating disorders, mood disorders, and life’s complex stressors. She holds dual undergraduate degrees—a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Counseling—and earned her Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Jessica brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to her clinical work, shaped by her experience in both substance use and eating disorder treatment settings. She played a key role in developing a specialized treatment track for individuals struggling with co-occurring substance use and eating disorders—an area where she continues to focus her efforts due to the high rate of overlap between these challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is integrated and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others. Jessica is passionate about delivering individualized care that honors each client’s personal journey and fosters self-compassion, especially in the face of body image distress and emotional pain.
Jessica is dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their values.
Jessica works with clients ages 18 and older and offers both in-person and virtual appointments (insert schedule here).
In her free time, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her husband and dogs, reading a great book, and spending time in the sun.
