Amie Lambert, LISW-S
Amie Lambert, LISW-S, is a licensed independent social worker in Ohio with a supervision designation, allowing her to guide and support non-independently licensed social workers and interns. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University and her master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Amie works with individuals ages 15 and older, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space to navigate the challenges of emerging adulthood and beyond.
She has experience helping clients work through depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life stressors, with a deep passion for supporting those healing from complex trauma and substance use disorders. Amie believes in meeting clients where they are, tailoring therapy to their unique experiences, and walking alongside them in their healing journey. Amie believes that healing happens in connection and takes a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. She integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to support clients in their growth and healing.
Outside of work, she finds joy in reading, gardening, cooking, and spending time in nature with her family and their beloved dog, Ladybird.
Amie offers appointments Monday through Friday, with telehealth-only availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
